If your credit card statement shows a recent charge from “ PupilHD” it signifies you recently signed up to receive one of our flagship newsletter services using a Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

If you didn’t make such a purchase, or don’t recall having any purchase history with the iNET FZC, or its affiliates, please contact our customer service specialists at +971 50 2040751.

I don’t recall ordering anything from the iNET FZC. What do I do?

It’s possible that as a result of a closure of another related service in our network, you received a free year of a iNET FZC PupilHD newsletter service.

Since iNET FZC PupilHD newsletter subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, it’s possible the charge you’re seeing is for an additional year of service. Or, it could be the smaller annual maintenance fee that is charged to lifetime subscribers.

If none of these scenarios apply, please contact our customer service specialists at +971 50 2040751.
